USOPHT Top Secret

Team,
Last season, we had a difficult time locating the wiley cock pheasant. Our usual methods did not work. Since President Obama took office, the cock pheasant population has gone way down since the pheasants "don't have to pay for their nests anymore". Nest foreclosures are up 75% and pheasants are forced to stand in line at feeding troughs to eat which certainly makes them an easy target for predators.

As Engineering Director of the USOPHT, I commissioned the development of a new pheasant locator and tracking system called the Federal Undercover - Habitat Bird, code word "FU-HB". This technology was developed under my supervision with the help of our Vehicles Commander, John Bryant. "The FU-HB is working quite well and performing to specs as planned", says Commander Bryant. "I'm sure that all we will hear about this season is FU-HB", per Bryant. Colonel Hinzman, in charge of munitions says, "When I hear FU-HB, it just makes me smile".

2700 prototypes have been sent to the field (literally) and we are compiling some really great data that will help us in the up coming hunt. Please familiarize yourself with the prototype pictured below. Once video feeds are available, I will send them along.
Regards,
L. S. Peters
Engineering Director

This just in from the HAARP (His Ass Ain't Rearin Pheasants) Project...There are claims that the FU-HB will be followed by the Field Undercover - Super Pheasant, code named "FU-SP". Right now, it is in the development stage.
